Multiple rounds. Very professional and thorough from start to finish. Similar experience to your typical interview process, i.e. conversations, vision, presentation, etc, but one thing that stuck out was the Databricks recruiting team. The team that I worked with was super helpful in setting correct expectations for each round and gave great visibility into the company and what to expect. This experience really set me at ease and allowed me to be myself in each round, which is helpful. Interviews can be additive stress, so the continuing conversation with my recruiter helped for each interview stage and how to accurately prepare.

The interview process was extremely smooth, professional and thorough. Everyone I spoke with was polished and informative. I had another offer on the table and Databricks sped up the process to get me an offer in time weigh both offers.

Entretien
There were multiple rounds. First was a video call with the director, then a VP, solution architect, another commercial account executive. These were the calls prior to the face to face. After that, I was flown in to NYC for a 30 - 60 - 90 day presentation. The interview process was very well explained. The entire team was amazing to speak and work with. The role seemed really exciting considering it was going to be the first for Toronto. The presentation was attended by 6 or 7 different people and after that, there are a few 30 minute conversations.
