I applied to a posting on Indeed.com. The VP of business development (BD) emailed me and asked if I could meet the next day. I happened to be free, so we met for about 2 hours. She was very excited, passionate, and genuinely interested in learning about me. She also gave me a product demonstration, which was unusual for a first interview, but got me excited about the company. We scheduled a follow-up interview that day for me to meet with the owner of the company. This 2nd interview lasted about 10 minutes and 2/3 of it was not even about work. I was offered the job soon after.
