The interview process consisted of three rounds.
The first was a basic technical round with short, straightforward questions to test fundamental concepts.
The second was a detailed technical round involving deeper, long-form problem-solving and practical scenarios.
The final round was an HR interview that focused on communication skills, personality traits, and overall cultural fit within the organization.
The interview process was not very challenging. They asked basic concepts and future plans. Mainly, they came up with questions from the CV. Overall, the entire experience was not intimidating.
I had to attend two interviews. First I faced the team manager and HR journalist after that I faced the Head of the Technology and HR Manager. Both interviews were viva-based.
