DataBank's interview process is pretty streamlined. The hiring process took ~one month to complete.
I was contacted by email 18 days after applying for the role. The recruiter screening involved going over job role, salary, and shift expectations. It was a good fit, and the initial phone interview with the site manager was scheduled for the next day.
The phone call covered a brief review of my resume, and also more specifics about the site and expectations. After this, I was invited for an on-site interview.
A personal situation came up during this brief period, and the manager allowed me to reschedule the in-person interview.
The on-site interview lasted around 1.5 hours, led by the site manager and lead DCT. There was a quick round covering my resume experiences, some technical questions, and a brief tour of the facility. It was very conversational, and the interviewers allowed me to expand on my experiences as much as needed.
I was verbally offered the position at the end of the interview, and was contacted by an area manager after a week to hash out details.

Interview with Manager and lead technician. Both were often joke throughout the interview process which made it uncomfortable at times. They both didn't seem like they know what they were doing. The lead technician did not know what rj45 standard they use and they had to ask each other.

The hiring process took about two months. They asked basic questions about terminating copper cabling and fiber questions. They also asked if I could assemble hardware. They didn't really read my resume until the interview. I had 3 interviews, mainly because the hiring manager could not make the first one, so I interviewed with the team. Then I interviewed with the Operations Manager, and a few weeks later I interviewed with a VP.
