A screening phone call with HR, followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. In the interview, I was asked to introduce myself and my background, followed by technical questions and a live coding task. Many of the questions seemed unrelated to the job description and were asked in a vague manner. The hiring manager seemed unprepared and appeared to be thinking of questions on the spot. The hiring manager was respectful but they did not seem to have clear idea as to what the job would be.
