I spoke to both the recruiter and the manager, and both conversations went well. I advanced to the next round, which consisted of a 1.5-hour interview which included a timed analysis. There was no opportunity for prework, which felt unrealistic since no one would give a client work without providing background information or the chance to explore new metrics and unfamiliar data. After participating in this process in February, I was ghosted. It's now June, and I am still waiting (ha!) for any follow-up or even a courtesy email.
