I met with the owner and two managers. It seemed that the two managers did not coordinate with each other at all on their interviews. Neither of them would give me a good description of the job itself, they all used catchwords/popwords instead of actual descriptions of duties. One of them didn't seem to interview me as much as just tell me how great he was and his breath was absolutely horrible. The owner that I interviewed with spent half of the interview telling me how great and smart and useful the previously mentioned manager was. The whole experience was very off putting but I needed a job. then they took me to another room where I took an actual assessment test on my abilities. The test was all over the place and seemed like it was put together by someone that just wanted to prove how smart they were. It asked me for port numbers and the pinout for 568b cable, They wanted to know if I knew how to use telnet then tested me on it, I asked what they use telnet for now and they couldn't give me a specific model or machine type that they use it for. I don't think anyone there is on the same page.
