There were 3 interviews, with HR, hiring manager and senior manager. Long process and delays over 3 months. Passed the interviews (or so I thought) as I received an offer finally. Subsequently during negotiation process, they ghosted me. No word as to why, e.g. we found someone else, or even we changed our mind, just purely ghosted. I would stay clear. Didnt know this practice even happens in Japan.

The interview process was smooth & easy. I found it great. The HR & talent acquisition teams are supportive.They were professional not to mention also equally supportive and kind to the students
