There are total 3 stages throughout the interview. The first stage would be on-site not-so-technical test, but they did say online test is also applicable, but the question is differ than on-site. After going through the first stage, the second stage would be the phone interview. I am quite surprised that the phone interview is an official interview, instead of walk-in interview. So better be prepared for the call (Chill, they would ask you whether are you convenient to talk, if you are not prepared, simply just reject them and plan for another schedule). If you manage to get through this, they would send you an email about a case study and ask you to read through. Gather up your findings and present it on the presentation day. There will be a mentor to guide you hand-to-hand on their own language, Quill, to generate a simple application based on the case study. I was failed on this stage due to weak OO concept so better luck next time.

Initial touch point call followed by a 20 to 30 minutes discussion with a Solution Architect with relatively non-technical questions compared to what you might expect in the software industry.
