The whole interview process is in 3 steps. At first they took a written exam. And the questions were the basic question. After that they took a typing test where you have to type a sentence as much as you can in 60 seconds. At the last they took a viva. In the viva board they are very friendly and ask you general questions like introduce yourself, why you agree this job etc.

Firstly you have to give a Typing test then Writting test and after that you have to give viva to operation manager. Question pattern is very easy and writting part basically focused on CSR related.
