Interview was taken in college. It was nice experience. First they collect your CVs and based on that you will be shortlisted for an interview. I was among 6 students who were shortlisted for the interview. I was asked questions from control system, signal processing, networking.

the interview will be of moderate level. they'll ask about current projects if you are freshers then about academic projects
just go through common networking basics like tcp/ip , OSI layer working of router and some protocols

Director of the department or HOD of the department is responsible for the entire hiring process.
Direct interview is there for students of IIT and COEP others may have to give a written exam before appearing for interview
They prefer candidates living in Pune. They inform you about the company and clearly informed about the need to do lots of overtime
Based on the interest shown after knowing this and salary some technical questions are asked. After a few aptitude questions you are selected. Being topper of a subject/college is a big plus.
