f2f interview, there are two steps in that f2f interview session. the first step is to conduct an aptitude test results, and you get result immediately, and then the 2nd part of interview, which is the f2f interview with questions varying from your interest to the knowledge of company etc.

why do you apply for Danske Bank? at that time, I have 2 other offers from other 2 companies which I needed to reply within a few days, so I asked the hiring manager to give me feedback (result of interview) as soon as possible, the hiring manage did ask me what is my thoughts about different options. I got the offer almost 2 hours after I left Danske Bank office.

Entretien
I applied for the graduate program, and the interview process was really smooth and professional. They covered the expenses to fly to Denmark to get a face-to-face interview, and also put me in contact with former graduates to learn from them.
The hiring people in the graduate program make you fell really valuable and they follow a really professional method. Really recommend that to graduates starting their careers in IT.
