Be prepared to answer basic questions regarding communication theory as well as perform some basic electronics interpretation. When negotiating salary and benefits ensure you request enough up front as once you are through the door they will not give significant raises or budge on the benefits they initially offer.
Also they have a 6 month probationary period before any benefits can be used.
