J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez DanceBUG (Charlotte, NC) en nov. 2025
Entretien
So far the process has been seemless. The interviewer explained how their process works and what I would be responsible for. He did a good job of trying to make me aware of what a normal photoshoot looks like.

Question 1
They asked me about which cameras I owned and lenses. I was asked about if I had a driver's license and if I were willing to travel every weekend between roughly late January/early February to May.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez DanceBUG en oct. 2024
Entretien
Three rounds of interviews which could have been condensed. First two were within 1 week of each other. The last one had to schedule out 2 weeks in advance. Entire process up to offer was almost 2 months due to waiting almost 3 weeks for offer.
Asked about images, quality, white balance, comparing and extensive acknowledgment of what camera equipment I own. Easy interviews but honestly was a waste of time for the most part.
Reason offer was declined as due to lack of transparency about pay and etc when I asked in all 3 interviews. Had to wait for offer and they were unwilling to negotiate on anything unless you had years of service to the company. Unrealistic pay for the time of travel, camera equipment usage, off time to upload and have external meetings and etc.
