Behavioral questions with very specific questions on previous experiences. Interviewer would select one or two experiences and dive deep into them asking what was your role in it, the environment, challenges, outcomes. It was a relaxed and informal process but very detailed

Informal call with General Manager of the operating company. This happened after familiarizing myself with the HR team and getting referred for an interview. This process took about 2 weeks. Thought it went well. Then I didn’t hear back for over a month.
