After checking "yes" that I had a disability, I was rejected from the application process in less than 48 hours. I have never been rejected from a job that quickly. Unsurprising that their rating is under 4.0.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Danaher en déc. 2022
Entretien
It started off quick, but then came to a halt because of the holidays - understandably. After a few back and forth emails to understand timing and when it would pick back up, nothing was coming through. The only time I heard anything was when I reached out to the recruiter. And I kept hearing, "sorry for the delay, but we are really interested in you". You should hear back soon. And after 4 weeks of this back and forth I finally got an email that they went another direction. So, they just kept me hanging until they found someone.

Question 1
Nothing that stands out. The interviews were primarily the basic get to know you questions, learn about what I do, and why I was looking to leave my current company.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Danaher (Dallas-Fort Worth) en févr. 2023
Entretien
Reached out quick after I applied (2-3 days) recruiter screening was pretty informal and she did most of the talking. Ghosted after that even after a follow up email. Got a decline email at 4 am in a Saturday after not hearing a word.
