They ask lots of my previous experiences, and give me a mock environment to deal with broken systems
Applied on career portal, once the resume is shortlisted an Interview scheduled. The interview is on various topics around the IT Help Desk . Once all candidates are interviewed, the results on the application status is rolled out within few weeks.
