Process started with a phone call with the Head of Consulting to discuss the role and the company, to understand if we were both a good fit. Following this was a more formal interview with two of the team where we discussed my experience in more detail and provided the opportunity to learn more about the company and the specific role. Finally there was a more technical skills based interview and presentation which asked specific technical questions related to the role and my experience. Overall the process was very efficient and all questions were very relevant to the role and my experience.
