This was one of the worst experience I had. The recruiter reached me to schedule a call. After scheduled a day after he rescheduled the call and I got an automated response to tell the salary range I was expecting. I answer $130k as per my experience and location as nowhere the salary range was mentioned. Immediately I got an email about the screening call being cancelled. He just refused to talk. This was the most pathetic experience.

People were nice. HR department took forever to make the arrangements. Talked to 5-6 different people individually, so it took all day, 9-3. They said everything at Goodman worked fast, on a daily process but their actions didn't reflect that. This interview process took too long and the offer process was confusing. Their relocation package was not written down for you to review. No meeting with HR to go over the particulars about their benefit package. I was excited but constantly being disappointed in this company. Go in with your eye's open, ask questions but then reflect on the actions of the company and they are not the same.
