It’s was a group interview about 20 people. We all filled out the rest of our new paper,plant walk through,and drug screen. After that you get some paper work to come back to set up your direct deposit you will know if you got the job or not if they take your picture for your badge.

No interview!
if you get the call back you will come to the orientation (30 ppl was in my class) after 4 hours of filling out paperwork and watching slide shows, you take a drug test.
They will tell you right then and there if you passed or not.
Then you just wait to get a call back for they can tell you when to start.
