4 stages in total: Video interview, written test, self-presentation, final interview
Interviews are not as chur as other bank's MT programmes (i.e. no case discussion, no powerpoint presentations, etc), no group interview nor technical questions were involved
HR will hint you what will be asking in the interviews, get well-prepared for those areas
The interview was not professional and felt uncomfortable. The process dragged on for a long time, creating frustration and uncertainty for candidates. Overall, it left a negative impression. The overall experience is not professional.

It was the final interview with a group of interviewers. They asked irrelevant questions to my personality and background. I felt they were sort of enjoying their jokes. In overall, it was a terrible experience with unfriendly and rude interviewers.
