I applied online, got an email a couple of days later to schedule a phone interview. The phone talk was the following week with the company manager. The interview was about 30 minutes. I got details about the company and their needs, we spoke about my background and had to answer a lot of questions, most of them about my expertise. The manager was a nice guy to talk to. He said in 2 weeks I would have news about the process and I got an email from HR saying that the position was filled in around 20 days from the interview. Very professional people.
