The interview process was very streamlined. For the role I accepted, I spoke with the head of recruiting and HR. From there I had 2 more interviews with the team I would be working with at Dagger. The first interview was with my direct reports which allowed me to meet and get to know my potential managers. Following that round, I was able to meet with the account directors of the client which again allowed me to get to know the work and the people on a deeper level.
