Interview process was fairly streamlined- first interview was with the recruiter, second interview was with the hiring manager on the phone, third interview was with my business partner and hiring manager in-person. Very professional process and clear communication throughout.

After I applied I heard back from the recruiter within about 3 days. We had a phone interview where I was asked about my work experience timeline and maybe 2 behavioral questions. I sent a follow up message to thank the recruiter and they read it and did not even bother to respond. Then sent me a rejection email over a week later saying I "did not fit the experience requirements of the job". I had asked at the end of the interview if there were any reservations about my skills or experience so that I could clarify and the recruiter said "no" that they had no reservations and were still early in the screening process. Then they sent me an automated rejection email, the recruiter didn't even have the decency to reach out to me herself. I followed up with the recruiter to find out more and once again it was read with no response. At least be professional enough to turn off read receipts from your work phone if you plan to ghost candidates. I was originally very excited about the role and more importantly, the company but my recruiting experiences altered my perspective.
