I found the position on a local job board and applied online. A few weeks later a remote HR rep emailed me to set up a phone interview. The interview was very in-depth and covered my entire background, skills, and professional goals. Next, I went in for an in-person interview at their global headquarters. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed the positive environment. I ended up speaking with four people during two 30-minute back-to-back meetings. At the end, I was asked to send in a couple of writing samples, which I did. Unfortunately, I found out a week later via email that I didn't get the job.
