It was informative and fairly relaxed. I felt like I was given a chance to show my strengths and I was given a chance to ask any questions I had.

I applied online for a position and got a call from the recruiter by the next day. She asked a few questions we talked for about 10 minutes. We both asked questions. At the end of the conversation she said she would forward my resume to the Facility Administrator. A few days later I got a call from the FA to set up a time for me to come in and interview. I went in and we had a maybe 20 minute interview.
