I wasn't informed that the position required really late hours and I had to shadow which was from very early in the morning to late in the evening. I had to do this twice because the person who I really was supposed to shadow didn't show up that day so my 1st day was kind of a waste
Job opportunity was great but was not aligning with my goals. Hiring staff are amazing and really care to place candidates in their roles for success. They truly want to make a difference in patient lives.

What are your weaknesses that you can elaborate on?
Was called to set an interview. The process we fine, however, the paperwork was very slow. There seems to be a disconnect with the head office. I waited for weeks before I was contacted to finish the paperwork.
