This was a general interview about you background and experience. A big emphasis was on community out reach and team work. Make sure that you talk a lot about what you can give back to your local community. In the first screening very little will have to do with the job that you are interviewing and will be with a recruiter. It depends on the second interview it could ether be with the hiring manager or the team that you will be working with.
