No response to on line applications. Called facility and FA asked me to come for interview. Interviewed than asked to shadow RN for 10 hours. Then FA said position was now posted online and to resubmit app even though she had hard copy. It's now two weeks FA says now 2 positions open but still nothing from Recruiter and FA says she wants me???? On line process impersonal and very frustrating!
