Didn't actually interview in person, was denied after taking a general questionaire. It was some type of automated prescreening and I feel it was not at all a tool upon which a interview should be denied.

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
