Went through 3 interview processes. 1 with a recruiter. 2nd with two managers, 3rd with three managers. I’ve been in dialysis for quite a while but interview was difficult. They want to to come up with scenarios you’ve been through. Questions felt robotic and didn’t feel like they wanted to know me as a worker.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
