Applied online. Contacted by recruiter within the week. Interview with 3 out of 4 local FA's scheduled. Expected position was no longer being opened but recruiter informed me staff were interested once another opens. 2 months later contacted about position opening. Phone interview with head Social Workers and then in person interview with 4th FA. Within week provided offer over the phone. Each round of interviews provided significant detail about clinic culture and Davita being a village, supervision toward licensure, leadership/professional development opportunities, and flex hours- everyone highlighted work/life balance.

Provided "real world" scenarios in area clinics and asked how each would be handled.
What brought me to apply and why do I want to work at Davita?
What experience do I have with dialysis?
First one was a. call with recruiter and 2 interview was with the clinic FA and team lead and more higher ups. The interview was almost a hour via zoom.

Very easy going. Professional. Wanted to really get to know me and how I see myself with the company. Very informative information about the job position, expectations, and leadership. I was even able to shadow a social worker before accepting the position.
