I had a telephone interview with the recruiter, she asked me questions about my resume and was very nice. one week later I got a email asking me to give her 2 different days/times that I would be available for an in person interview. The in person interview went great, the fa was very nice, I shadowed on the floor for about 45 mins to see what happens on the floor. I have received another email a few days later saying they would like me to come in for a 3rd interview. I haven't been to that one yet.

The interview process was informative. The panel each explained their role in the unit before discussing what my role would be. Then they had me observe on the floor so that I could get a feel for whether the position was a good fit for me.

I walked in for application, met with the facility administrator and was invited to come back and shadow a few days later. It was a positive experience but I found out later, I was ineligible for hire due to my DDI score, even if the manager wanted to hire me.
