Phone interview, interview panel, shadowing at one of the facilities. I am unsure if that means, the shadowing, I am completely hired at this point. But it goes well id you prepare yourself with the information they provide before the face to face interview.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with non-compliant patient/associate? Something like that....I am not one to remember interview questions. Being that I even made it hrough without passing out on the floor.

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Entretien
Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

General. Describe yourself, how have I dealt with difficulty situation, desired pay, work hours…
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
