First applied than got an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview process was easy just questions about background and a little about the job description. Then got to move on to a face to face interview which only took probably about 5-7 mins than was told to come back for a shadow. I shadowed with one of the ladies that works at davita but now waiting to hear back from them if I get to move forward or not.
