Applied online end of May 2018, a couple days later was prompted to take online assessment. That went well because a couple days later I was able to do a phone interview with a recuiter. Then about a week later I get a call to schedule with FA for face to face behavioral interview. They seemed pleased with how I answered their questions and offered I come in to shadow a couples later. I shadowed for about hour in a half and was offered the position.

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Entretien
Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

General. Describe yourself, how have I dealt with difficulty situation, desired pay, work hours…
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
