One of the worst experience below is sequence of events:-
a) HR1 scheduled an interview with HM. HM never called.
b) Send several reminders to HR1 never receive an update, in my last reminder got an OOO with the HR2 information listed.
c) Sent an email to HR2, she set up an interview, had a nice discussion with HM.
d) Later in the week received an email from HR2 that they received decent feedback but about to extend an offer to the candidate they interviewed prior.
e) A month after received an email from HR 1 requesting to set up another interview.
d) 4 rounds of phone interviews after that and almost 4-5 weeks of waiting and they rejected saying architecture is my strength compared to development.
I appreciated the feedback but was surprised that why it took 5 interviews to identify that a dev manager is architecturally more sound compared to development.
