Interviewed with a HR Recruiter a 30 minute phone screen. She thought I was what they were looking for and said she would pass my resume on to the hiring manager. A few days later I got a call from the hiring manager leaving a voicemail to call back with availability. I left a message on her voicemail and she returned it the next morning trying to reach me before I started work. I later returned her call and we connected. She wanted to interview me at that day and I let her know I was training my replacement that day and couldn't do it, but if we could schedule a time I can arrange time off for it. She agreed and we scheduled it. I took vacation time off only to never get the call. A few hours went by so I called and left a message to confirm the correct date and time or maybe she was out sick. I still haven't received a call. How inconsiderate and unprofessional. Why would I want to be managed by someone like that? Thanks for the favor.
