Interview turned out to be a 1:1 with the hiring manager. it was pretty straightforward - he asked me questions about my work experience, asked some situational questions (eg. how would you work with medical providers to promote dialysis centers), then asked if i had questions. Because it was extremely informal (no HR involvement, only one conversation) there was also no formal follow up.
