i actually applied for another position, but I received emails that I was qualified for another position being a Patient Account Rep. I did a short phone interview which went well. I then was scheduled several interviews with 4 different managers, all separate one on one interviews. All of the interviews went well besides one. i felt he sorta looked down on me. After the interviews I was scheduled for testing. The computer test consisted of Spelling and Grammar, Excel and I forgot the other. i bombed on the Excel test. I feel this is the only reason I did not secure the job.

The questions were the typical ones. Why do you want to leave your current position? They actually talked about the company a lot more so than questions for me.

Applied online at their website. Received phone interview then was scheduled a week later for an in person interview. Interview last about 45 minutes to and hour. Interviewed with 2-3 people.

Phone Interview with Recruiter. Phone Interview went well. My resume is a direct match to the position, it's ironic to me that once I met in person with the Screener for the team; I felt like I was in a pre-civil war meeting. The interviewer didn't seem that comfortable with me (a diverse candidate), despite my efforts to develop a rapport. It felt like I was interviewing in cold New York versus warm California. Didn't seem to match their core values either. If this happens to you, I recommend leaving the interview. You deserve respect too, after all candidates and employees should be treated with respect and dignity.

It was supposed to be a targeted selection interview that is based upon specific examples, but it felt like she was trying to find something wrong versus listen to the examples.
