Mundane questions from an unqualified high school dropout. I went to interview not wanting the position. Prior to arrival, I checked Oregon state contractor’s licensing board to discover nearly 20 formal complaints and even a sanction. Their weekly job postings are a joke, claiming employees potential to earn 130k a year, 1099, not W2 like most legitimate “jobs”. Every other state in which they do business record complaints against this company as well. Don’t believe me? Check for yourself.
Quick response after applying. Scheduled interview and awaiting next steps. I was called and asked to answer questions that were “non negotiable” and they were pretty standard. It’s a sale position, 100% commission, and appointments are set for you. As long as you are willing to put in the time and effort, expect the make the money.

The Phone Interview was informal and very conversational. A manager asked why I applied for the job and asked had me describe what a career meant to me. The phone interview lead to an in person interview.

Told me everything I wanted to hear. Explained the training and performed an assessment of my personality Overall it was easy to follow and understand. I asked questions they asked questions. For sales roles it’s more of a personality fit not necessarily an experience driven role as they’ll teach you everything you need to know while you’re working as they have a 2 week paid training course.
