It was quick and crisp. They handled everything for the fresher's skills. The interview filtering was based on their results by groups. There was no waiting in confirmation of job results at same day.

The Hiring process was based on technical skills and points written in resume. It took a day for interview process. Personality check and GD sessions will be there for freshers.

Had 4 kind of filtering process. I had attended interview in different university which was conducted as pool campus. around 1000 people were attended the drive on that day. First round had aptitude test following with that group discussion happened. Only after clearing the level we will be called out for the next process on the same day. After clearing the discussion round had technical HR where the HR question us related to designation. I was questioned on SQL related and problem solving method, communication skills were tested during this process. Finally Personal HR , were they asked me about the company and work flexibility. after one month, i got my result via my college and joined the company after 6 months. I had great chance to clear the interview and happy to be a part of DXC Technology
