Interview process was fine but HR interaction was pathetic.
As per these people, call ng somebody and asking the expectation and then disconnecting the call saying we cannot offer you as per your expectation.
This is how they offer the candidate after 5 rounds of interview.
Then they follow up saying "you declined the offer. We sent you the offer letter. "
Pathetic process...pathetic hiring staff...
Don't know how people work there.

I could not even understand what was there plan about hiring,
I had 3 rounds of discussions starting from tech hiring team to senior manager. Then I was told that I will get the offer letter and then I kept calling and emailing them but no response. Finally after around 15 days when I asked over email keeping the senior manager in CC. They said "We regret to inform that it is not possible to fit you in any Role as all the positions are on Hold currently."
