The process was not proper. They make people stand at main gate irrespective of the fact that how are the weather conditions. People are not treated well. Appropriate seating arrangement is not there. Interviewers were good enough and interview was easy and went well.

It was a one on one round. The interviewer mentioned this is for one of the top clients and they are expecting more proficiency. Then why did they even shortlist me first?
