1st interview was on the phone and it was very pleasant and the HR associate was very nice. 2nd interview I had panel of 5 people and they conducted a stress interview which was very intense. Interview process was long, I got 2 offers from places I interviewed after interviewing with DWM. Every single interaction from the time you walk into the building until you pull off of the lot is a test.
