I interviewed through a recruiting company and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was about a 3-hour process with hiring managers plus a personality test to determine if there was a mutual fit.

You had to sit in front of 3 interviewers at the in person interview. It was really laid back and more of a conversation. Asked the common questions like “tell me about a time where you had to over come a difficult situation in your previous career.” They ask what to you know about our company and why do you want to work there. Over all it was a comfortable, not super stressful process.
