Two weeks after applying online I received all call offering an interview for the following week. Around two weeks after my interview I received a call offering me the position, was a lot quicker than expected, in the interview they said it could take around 6 weeks. They really followed the STAR interview method and were writing down notes the whole interview.
2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
