Initial phase was applying online for positions. Standard questions as far as background etc. From I received an email saying I was selected for the next round which were quizzes, questions were behavioral based. From there I did not hear anything for a few months, then received a call from an HR rep who set up a mass panel interview where they asked STAR format based questions.

Was casual and easy, there were not any difficult questions. The main purpose of the interview was more so informational and logistical. As long as there is a good fit it should be fine.

Describe a time you had to work in a team and explain any obstacles you went through and how you solved them. STAR method, 3 interviewers lasted about an hour.

First isa phone call with HR, then STAR method interview with with manager. Manager asked around 5 questions, looking for STAR method responses for each, they take notes on each letter form STAR.
