This position was brought to my attention by a senior staff member who had a connection with one of my old professors. I emailed the staff member a copy of my resume, and he sent it to HR.A few weeks later a HR Representative called and asked a few basic questions. After this, she told me to officially apply online. Shortly after that I received an offer over email.

Was casual and easy, there were not any difficult questions. The main purpose of the interview was more so informational and logistical. As long as there is a good fit it should be fine.
