1 phone interview with hiring manager; 1 phone interview with external recruiter; 1 phone interview with head of Diversity and Inclusion; 5 back-to-back 30 min interviews in-person (pre-COVID) with senior managers;

Describe how you define and promote diversity and inclusion as a manager and in general to coworkers.
Long, maybe 7-8 rounds. This went on for months and was a waste of time. If they cannot select a candidate in 2 months then they should wait to hire for that role.

Would you be okay with a good amount of business travel?
Long and tedious. Too many rounds of interviews. Onboarding is terrible. My manager wasn't even the office my first day and didn't reach out to me via phone or email.
3 rounds of interview . The interviews were related to my work experiences from previous companies. Challenges faced in the implementations. How did I address the challenges. The last round was HR round.
